From complex policy content to impactful communication.

We are a boutique visual communications agency working with EU institutions, NGOs, and trade associations to turn complex policy and technical content into clear stories and visuals that build trust and support informed decisions.

When complex content does not connect

We are a small visual communication studio working with associations, federations, and EU institutions.

Most teams we meet face the same challenge: their content makes sense internally but feels distant once it’s shared. Reports are published. Campaigns are launched. Websites go live.
And the reaction? Silence. Mixed results.

That’s where we come in. We help you bridge the gap between internal understanding and external engagement through messages and visuals that work together.

What we see too often

If you work in policy communication, these will sound familiar:

Complex content that only makes sense internally

Technical and policy experts understand the message perfectly. But once it leaves their circle, it becomes hard to follow. The logic is there. Yet outsiders can’t see it. By the time it reaches policymakers or partners, it’s already lost in translation.

Two signposts pointing in different directions, symbolising misalignment in message and visuals.

A lot gets produced, but little connects

Reports, campaigns, and social content come out regularly. They look fine individually, but few feel connected to each other. Effort goes into output, not into the thread that ties everything together. The result: audiences see activity, not impact.

Visuals come last, as decoration

Design steps in after all decisions are made. Visuals end up illustrating what’s already written instead of shaping how it’s understood. They look right, but add no real value to the message.

Together, these three patterns lead to the same outcome: communication that feels complete internally, but incomplete externally.
That’s where our work begins.
We connect message, story, and visuals so complex policy content becomes understandable, relevant, and impactful.

Our Solutions

Four ways to make policy communication more impactful

Impact Review

We check how your message, story, and visuals work together, and where they don’t. You get clear, actionable advice and help to adjust what matters most.

Workshops

We work with your real content, briefs, presentations, and campaigns, to help your team explain complex topics and align around a shared message.

Communication Design

We turn policy content into visuals that support your message, not decorate it. Reports, infographics, campaigns, or websites, all designed for understanding and relevance.

Stakeholder Engagement

We shape tone, structure, and rhythm so communication feels relevant, not routine. The result: stronger messages, better timing, and a deeper connection with members and partners.

What it's like to work with us

Trusted by EU-focused teams across 30+ sectors

dotinfographics is the exception. Thanks to them, we avoided many revisions and misunderstandings as they asked the relevant questions. And they also brought in a fresh and good perspective on the story.

Marco Rupp, Bio-based Industry Consortium (BIC)

They were thinking with me, advising me on what we needed, what would work best, and what wouldn’t work. Just beyond expectations in terms of social media and overall strategy.

Nicolette van der Jagt, European Association for Forwarding, Transport, Logistics and Customs Services (CLECAT)

What we appreciate is the way they translate institutional text into impactful visual communication. They really get the power of images to pass on a message. We built a trustful working relationship.

Angela Frigo, European Food Banks Federation (FEBA)

dotinfographics really connected with us and what we wanted to show. They were professional throughout the whole process and met the challenge head-on: the work was gorgeous, quick and unique.

Narrative-Driven Design

Every project follows the same three steps.
It’s how we make complex topics understandable and engaging across all your materials.

Build the story

2

Create structure and tone that work across audiences and formats.
